CR6 IRG 1076 38% / IRG 168 50% / OXZN 12% is a high-performance antioxidant masterbatch specifically formulated to provide long-term thermal and oxidative stability to polyolefins and other thermoplastic materials during processing and throughout their service life. The blend combines 38% Irganox® 1076, a primary phenolic antioxidant that protects polymers against thermo-oxidative degradation, 50% Irgafos® 168, a secondary phosphite antioxidant that stabilizes polymers during melt processing by decomposing hydroperoxides, and 12% zinc oxide (OXZN), which contributes additional stabilization and acid scavenging properties.

The synergistic combination of these additives delivers excellent color retention, improved processing stability, and enhanced resistance to heat ageing, making the product particularly suitable for demanding polymer processing applications. It is widely used in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and other thermoplastic formulations requiring effective protection against degradation during extrusion, injection molding, and long-term use.

The material is supplied in its original sealed bags and has been stored in a covered warehouse at ambient temperature, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, ensuring that its quality has been maintained. The available lots have certified shelf lives until August 2026 and January 2027, respectively, and are immediately available for collection following logistical coordination.
